Xuzhou Xinda Slewing Bearing is the top slewing bearing manufacturer in China.Our machine park is composed of different high-tech machines which include CNC vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, gearing machines, machining centres, drilling machines,  induction hardening machines, and several other machines which enable us to carry out the manufacturing process in an autonomous way from the beginning to the end, in our own manufacturing facilities.

By using bar-codes throughout the manufacturing process, we document and trace each component and each individual technology operation, and control them.

Each our product has a project number and a serial number used to follow materials that are incorporated into individual products, as well as all technology operations used to manufacture a product. All documents used during manufacturing also have bar-codes and are connected to measuring protocols requested by clients. Thus, we enable the same high level of quality for all end products.
